HYROX Open Gym in NYC
Two hours, all eight HYROX race stations set up, no class structure. Every Sunday at F45 Dumbo in Brooklyn and F45 Midtown East in Manhattan. Members $20, drop-in $30, no membership required.
What it is
Open Gym, race rig included
Open Gym is an uncoached two-hour training window at two F45 NYC studios every Sunday. The floor is rigged the way a HYROX race is: SkiErgs, sleds on the track, rowers, sandbags, wall balls and farmers carry handles, all laid out in race order, plus the regular F45 rack of dumbbells, kettlebells and benches.
There is no class, no timer on the wall and no coach calling the next station. You book a slot, walk in at any point during the window, and train whatever you came to train. Staff are on the floor for safety and to help with setup, not to run a workout. It is the closest thing in New York to a full race simulation without an entry fee, and it is also a good Sunday session if you just want a heavy sled day.

What is set up
All eight race stations
Every session has the full HYROX station list laid out with race-standard equipment, so you can rehearse a single station, run the whole sequence, or pair stations with treadmill or road runs between them.
Who it is for
Racers, members, and the curious
Open Gym is built for three kinds of people. HYROX athletes with a race on the calendar who need to rehearse stations, transitions and pacing under real load. F45 members who want an extra Sunday session without the class clock, whether that is heavy sled work or a long steady row. And anyone in Brooklyn or Manhattan who has heard of HYROX and wants to try the sled push or the SkiErg before committing to a race or a membership.
You do not need to be an F45 member and you do not need to have done a HYROX event. If you are new, tell the staff member on the floor and they will show you each station. If you want coached HYROX programming during the week, see our F45 × HYROX classes.
How booking works
Pick a Sunday, pay online, show up
Choose your studio and date on the booking page, pay online ($20 for F45 members, $30 for everyone else) and you are on the list. Slots cover the whole session, so you can arrive at any point in the two-hour window and stay until it closes. Bring water, wear shoes you can push a sled in, and arrive a few minutes early on your first visit for a quick walkthrough. Sessions are also listed on Forte if you prefer to book there.
