What Is
The Hyrox Half?
First time racing a Hyrox? Seasoned vet looking to sharpen your times? This event is designed for anyone serious about tackling an upcoming Hyrox competition.
We've built an exact replica of the Hyrox competition — just cut in half. Every station is half the distance you'd compete in at the actual event, giving you the authentic race experience at a pace that's accessible to first-timers and valuable as a speed-focused training tool for veterans.
You can experience exactly what it feels like to complete the entire race, push your limits, and test your strength in a competitive environment — all at F45 Training Midtown East.
F45 × Hyrox
The 8 Stations
Each station is scaled to exactly half the official Hyrox distance. Run between every station just like the real race.
Upper body endurance on the Ski Erg machine.
Drive the loaded sled down the floor with raw power.
Rope-pull the sled back toward you, hand over hand.
The crowd favourite. Chest to floor, then jump forward.
Full-body effort on the Concept2 rowing machine.
Grip strength and posture tested over a long carry.
Weighted lunges demand leg endurance and stability.
The final test — squat and throw to the target. Finish strong.
